RTD2K_ReadMinRaw

This function code is used to read the RTD input minimize raw dat

for a specific channel.

hConnection: The handle for an I/O device connection.

bytChannel : The specific channel to be read.

iValue: An point that stores the specific RTD

channel's minimize raw data.
